oh dear where are you located? We have the same problem. I'm also subscribed to SmartBro and they have totally disappointed me. Indeed their connection is soooooo slow. This ISP will give you headache as it was doing to me. Worse you have to finish the lock-in period, so if you contract is one year and I think now they made it two years, you have to suffer that long. If you pre-terminate you will pay the whole contract. Worse even is that their customer service hotline can't even reply quickly. It will take almost half to 45 minute and even an hour of waiting before they can attend to you. This Smart Bro is at its worse. So if yo don't live near their tower you better avoid getting Smart Bro.

Hi whitestich... I'm from Indonesia. And I experience the same problem like you quite often in here. There is always a time when our ISP is overladed, and made my connection become worse. And as a user, I can't do anything about it. My solution are use another ISP, in case some ISP fail or overloaded. I use about four different ISP here, and I pick prepaid system,so I just use it when I need to, that will cut out the budget for me. because i don't have much money either :) Have nice day...

Is that smartbro broadband you are referring to. If the service is not good why not complain it, that is not good about the services we have here in the philippines since we are in contract we are stuck in that contract even if we are not satisfied with their serives. And worst is we are even paying for the hours that we are waiting because its too long to load. I hate that feeling. My connection is not that slow, but its my pc which is very slow.
