a former (bart)police officer shot and killed an unarmed male in the back. this incident was captured by over a dozen cell phones and video footage.the victim lay on his stomach with his hands behind his back on the ground and was shot in the back.....because the officer meant to use his taser!!!i am sure most are familiar with the oscar grant case that happened here in oakland, ca last new years. this case holds alot of emotion and anger for several. i am curious to see what others around the world think about it. if you have seen the actual footage of this young man getting killed, what would your verdict be?
