can anyone with general knowledge work for mechanical turk.com or do u require some technical knowledge.what kind of tasks can i take up as a general category?
please tell me in a step by step procedure.
and one more important thing is,does it make paypal payments ?if not ,how doess it pay?
i heard it is for only US and indian resideents.

please let me know are you sure about that,that is once we reach 10$ we can request money in the form of paypal.i am from indian.i will be glad and eaager to hear from u.

I don't think mturk sends money to your paypal account..Check is the only payment mode..Or you can transfer your funds to your amazon account.

i dont thats a problem at all,because once u have ur paypal account,we least bothered about the currency.

Hi, I signed up for Mechanical Turk a while ago. Whether you need some technical experience depends on the kind of work you do but you can choose more general tasks like writing articles, surveys, fact finding or address searching.
They pay direct into your bank account if you are in the States or by rupees if you are India. Everywhere else it's Amazon.com vouchers. There is no pay pal option.

yeah i agree,but some people mentioned that once we reach 10$,we can request our earnings using paypal,you can see some comments in the discussion.

I think anyone can perform some tasks of mechanical turk. It's quite easy and you can request for qualifications that you need to perform some tasks. Some of them may require you to take some short quiz but it's quite easy if you are familiar with those areas.
