Im just a little curious how each and every one of us view his/her present life situation at the moment. Are you happy and contented with your present life now? Why and why not? As for me, im happy but i cannot eliminate the thought of achieving more financial stability for my family. I am not so desperate about it though, but if its God's willing for me to attain it then im welcoming it with open arms... Glad to hear something from you guys!

Hello! Really? Take it easy my friend, problems do came in our lives but it never stays. It comes and it goes but we didn't know when it will stopped. Just think about all the precious blessings that still within you so you could at least say to your self that you're even luckier than the others, thus could make you feel much better im sure.
Yes, you must be strong and keep a smiling face even if its hard, Being with God all the time especially leaning on Him when we got a problem really helps in soothing our lonely soul. Pray hard, it will help. God bless!

I am not contented. I have so many dreams and I dream everyday and every night. I do worry that I will never make that dreams to become reality because until now nothing is happening. I am hardworking kind of person but looks like my ways or process is wrong for achieving my dreams. I want a big house, I want a nice neighborhood, i want a 3-d television 36 inches, I want my brother to graduate in college, i want to go to disneyland. You know I am very specific when it comes to my dream or wants or goals, and I even write it in a journal but sadly nothing happened. If you ask me I am happy despite the problems, I am still thankful that I am surviving, but being contented is not, maybe because I am human being.

That was hard Jinjer, you want to be part of a luxery liner and then you're baby stops you from having that dream. Anyway, your baby is a gift from God and for sure God had better plans for you and so as me.

Hi! I do understand you for feeling that way. I am like yours when im still younger and even if i console myself then and remind it every now and then that life's not a bed of roses, i still feel down, stressed and frustrate whenever i didn't make it in applying to overseas job. I am ambitious and likes to help my family as well, and for me, i didn't understand why i never given the chance to be hired as a crew member to luxury liner even if i applied for it so hard and i have all the necessary credentials and working experience with me. Finally, after three years of long wait, i was hired finally, problem is when they required me to underwent medical examinations they found out that im pregnant. That's the end for me, now im a mother of one but i can honestly say that im happy having my husband and daughter with me. Always pray, God can help with all your problems. I didn't pray much often then but now, i learn to be much closer to Him. Don't loose hope, keep working hard and one day, you will realize all your dreams...

Its human nature, yes i believe. Few of us have a real contentment in life. There's always a tendency for us to look at someone's achievement then we took it as an inspiration for us to also move forward and reach our own luck in life. For me, there's nothing wrong with it, for as long as we do it the right way and never ever step on others toes then we all have the right to aim for a much better life not just for ourselves but also for our loved ones. Good luck!

For the most part I would say yes. There is always room for improvement and there will always be challenges and difficult days. We just have to remember that these things are temporary.

Im glad that you're happy with your life and i definitely agree that we always have room for improvement to whatever things we wanted to improve further. Challenges in life is inevitable, our lives here will be rough and not smooth sailing as always but we have to overcome all of this instead of giving up, be lonely and depressed its better to fight life's adversities in a smart and happy way to be able to make our lives happier and better. Good luck!

My life is not as comfortable and i am also one of those who were running out of bills/money on their pocket and purses.
But,i can say that, with God's grace,i am contented with what i have now.
My kids gives me life and inspiration to succeed in every hardship and trials.
With God i always give thanks for all the blessings and guidance so with care He always gave us and my family.
The very thought that,i am still alive, healthy and so with my kids, gives me contentment and strength to moved on.

That's one thing that i've observed with the others.
People got to pray hard and asks the Lord's help in times of troubles, but when they are happy and had almost everything in life, they can't even remember to thank God for it.
Have a good day always.

Hi there!I admire you for being that way, you're such a determined and courageous woman for still being strong despite all life's ups and downs. Man can't live by bread alone, even if one person didn't have huge money with him/her, its still possible to be happy and contented if you value other things with you that money can't buy like love from your family, good health and a source of income even if its small to name a few.
It is said that those who thank God even in trials turn burden into blessings so keep your faith close to your heart and God shall provide the comfort you need. Stay happy!

Hi there sir! At last, i just found somebody who is happy and contented with his present life. If i place myself on your situation, then, i'll be happy and contented too. I have lived a good life, i had served my country and my fellowmen being a good educator and i made a difference in so many minds ive taught for the long years ive spent as a professor. And now, i have everything, a source of income is there even if i didn't work anymore and the most important part, i have the love of my family who's around me every time. Im happy for you sir, you have all the right to be that way now. Keep on smiling and may God bless you more!

Although life can never be always happy because problems do come along the way, I have always been a person with positive outlook in life because as a Christian I believe I have all the reasons to rejoice in the Lord always. I also have no reasons not to be contented with my life because I've been blessed with a very blissful marriage.

Hi there! You're lucky because you're with God. You have made your self a very successful Christian because of the positive outlook in life you possess. Im glad that you're happy and contented with your life. We have so many things to thank for, come to think of it. Not all people are counting their blessings but those who count what they have are those who tend to make their life much meaningful and happier. Stay happy!

Yeah, as far as I am concerned, I think I am not so happy with my life at the moment now. Just for at this moment,I can earn very little money ,which is not enough for me to support my own family. I need to try my best to work to support them. SO I need more changes now. I need a better life now. I just can not bear the life if it just go on like this.

Hi there monkeylong! I understand you for feeling that way. Living in a not so good financial status is very hard, more when you're the breadwinner and others in the family depend on you to support their every day needs. Anyway, as long as we live, there's still hope for us to improve our present condition in life. Try to search for some other way to augment your income. Look for "sidelines" aside from your work, look for other job, if you think you can do better in some high paying positions in other company, but remember to see the pro's and con's when you wanted to transfer into another job. Many of us dream to have a much better life, but it takes time, hard work and i guess luck, to achieve it. Anything is possible for as long as we never give up and never forget to ask for God's help. Good luck and stay positive!

Hi! Many people suffer from scarcity of financial resources that could provide for their family's needs. its not an easy problem so the tendency of this to the one who's been affected by this problem is to feel lonely and helpless most of the times. I am like yours as well but even if its hard, we have no choice but to still go on with our lives, manage t find a way to make you smile. It's possible still to be happy though we do not have enough money. Good luck and God bless...

Hello monalily! I understand you for feeling that way. Your present situation is not easy to handle really. Its very stressful plus the fact that you also got problem with your finances. Though its hard to be in your position, you have a choice whether to go on or give up. But if i were you, i will never give up. Instead, i will take it as a challenge. It's never easy but every problem has its solution, sometimes it requires you much but take one step at a time, slowly but surely and you'll see, you will get there. You will be successful in the future, keep that in mind and it will happen just don't give up and learn to sacrifice while you're still in the process of reaching for your stars. Always pray, it can help you a lot. Good luck and always smile!

I am happy now but like you I have this thoughts of maybe I could earn more and save more for my future and for my family. I have so much plans of doing this doing that or work overseas but if it's really God's will then I'd gladly embrace it wholeheartedly.

Hi! I am just like you because i always say as well that if it's God's will for me, then I will embrace it wholeheartedly. That's how i trust God now, because i had many experiences before that i always trust my own capacity, intelligence and belief that i can achieve what ive wanted by just depending on my self alone. I am very wrong for thinking that way because no matter how hard i pursue to apply for an overseas job when im still single before, i never had a chance to get it. Now, i realized that its not right to be self reliant at all times, rather, its best when you share all your plans with Him so He could guide and support you with your dreams and decision making. Good luck and more power to you!

I am definitely happier compared to where I am 5 years ago. A lot of good things has happened to my life and it's a big improvement. I am always thankful for the blessings that I receive. But I know I ca be happier and there are still things that I can do and need to do so my life will be much better. Contented? I guess I am right now but I can be more.

Hello jonnah! I am sad to hear that from you, but always remember that problems didn't stay with us. It comes and it goes, so better believe that you have the chance to be happy tomorrow. Seek the help of the people around you, always try to see your blessings and look around , and from there, you will determine that you're much luckier than the others. Try to overcome the feeling of sadness by making friends that will guide you in dealing with the beauty of the world. Always pray and stay positive. Good luck to you!

Good to know that you're happy with your life but still doing something to make it even better. It's good that you have a positive way of thinking, that's nice to know because in life, we should not expect that everything will go smooth sailing as we want it to be. Sometimes, we will encounter challenges that we needed to react upon so its still best to be positive and strong so anything will be beat by our determination to go on. Its normal for us humans to feel desperate, lonely and weak but lucky you that you have your friends who's always there for you, so treasure and love hem always. Good luck!

jinjer168 yes and no, I am where I do not want to be but as my son has finally got a job and hopes for me moving out of here eventually I am
'happy now as to be unhappy is to become depressed, we make our own
happiness nobody can make us happy but ourselves. we can see our present in an optimistic light or a pessimistic light, its up to us.It is all
up to us how we see our circumstances.

Hello Hatley! Im glad what ive heard from you now. I believe that your son will just be there looking for your welfare, im happy that you're happy and its really true that happiness is is a very subjective factor in one's life. Being happy doesn't depend on achieving what you want but rather making the best out of what is given, Life isn't fair, it never was. The only thing that can make us happy is contentment. Be contented with what you have no matter how little or simple it is, but be sure to aim high and never stop believing that you could still improve any given situation you're into. But if all else fails, don't forget that an ordinary You has an extra ordinary GOD to back you up anytime. God bless!

I'm happy with my life but not contented. I think its normal for humans not to be contented with what they have. I guess its our nature to want more and more. Like what you said, its more on financial stability. I'm happy having one child and a good and caring husband but its not enough for me to be contented and feel at ease knowing that we do not belong to the rich society. I want to have a stable income for my family so that I could provide a better future for them.

Hi there! We're so much alike in some ways, i am a mother of one as well, with a good husband, happy but not so contented with the financial aspect of our family because i know that every growing family will soon be having a growing needs, meaning to say, i must think of some other ways to augment our income to cope up with our growing expenses. I agree with you for saying that its just normal for us humans not to be contented with what we have, but for me, i want to achieve all my wants in a good way . Good luck and stay happy!
