The deaf people are really great. I don't know that In What Language do deaf people think?
By birth deaf people can't hear, they can't learn, they don't know the our regular languages.
Even though they can think in some language, Can you imagine this situation.....(
Actually i am not done any practicals on deaf, casually a doubt arise in my mind)

hi rameshchow oh but they do learn, they can learn sign language, they can learn to read lips, they have brains and they think too,and they have eyes to read with so yes of course they can learn. and they do. we in t he US have special schools for the deaf, also anyone any age can be fitted with a hearing aid so of course they can learn, and they do learn. If you can see to read you can learn even if deaf.they learn languages much as anyone else except they have a problem hearing and with a hearing aid they learn to talk and to read, and to learn too. They will think in whatever language they learn in of course. Deaf people do have brains you know.

I believe they have some thinking mechanism as they do learn how to live in our regular world.
They must be able to think as deaf people learn to function with their disability.

You know rameshchow, deaf people are talented.
They can think faster than common man.
You can visit www.deaf.about.com for more information about deaf people communication.

hi rameshchow, deaf people are normal people. They communicate by Sign Language which is like the alphabet to them.
In fact, Thomas Edison (although not exactly from birth) lost his hearing from early childhood. He went on to invent the lightbulb.
With modern technology, perhaps the silent world of the deaf may be noisier.
