Please let me know about the ETORO website, is this a good site for investment. Where we can invest our hard earned money.

If any one know a good site for investing the money and from where i can generate guarantied income online for Indian market, Please let me know the same.

Why you want to invest money online , your money will not be safe. Etoro is Forex trading site and trading of anything needs experience and time to earn money.
There is other way now a days is HYIP, don't fall in trap you won't earn a penny from it and will loose your invested amount.
The best way I see for Indian user for savings I see is get your money to your bank account from your paypal and invest in mutual funds which will earn you more returns.
