Becoming independent. At what age did you decided to move from your house, away from your parents and started living on your own independently? here in our country, even if we reach 18 and up, we still live with our parents and even if we have already work with good income, we still live together. Others even live with their parents even if they already have a family on their own. Most of us only left when we decided to get married. in my case, I left home when I am 20 because I decided to get married.
How about you, at what age did you become independent from your parents.

Accordin to me you are independent when you start making your own decision and earn money. If you are not these two things then you can't be considered as independent. In my country you can be on 20 but if you cover your expenses - you are nod independent. Moving from your house doesn't mean you can cope with all problems and of course does not mean you are independent.
