How can I make mylot profile more interesting?

I saw one member here with a very good background... very artistic profile or template. Can anyone tell me how they do it? Also, how can I get smilys? Some of the discussions here are able to post graphics or animation. Can you teach me how to do it? Thanks in advance for replying.

For the profile question its all about html coding with the html widget. You have to know some html coding before you can do anything yourself and if you find some templates you just have to make sure its all in html code.
For the smileys there should be a thing on the side when you are writing a discussion that says mylot code. All the smileys are in there and just got to open this.
To post pictures there is a button on the bottom left that says add image. Ill post a picture with this post. The picture has to be uploaded by you.

You could always use HTML codes to make it look better. Find good back grounds over the internet and such or better yet design one for your self. If you are not able to, you can always ask your friends who know codings to make one for you. Hope you find one. Happy Mylotting!

The HTML codes is what I was basically going to say but let me add onto that.
You can search for any widget on the internet and most of them will give you free HTML codes such as a ShoutBox or a Chatroom. You just add custom HTML to your webpage and copy and paste it, that simple. Then you got a cool little widget that makes your profile unique compared to other myLotters. Thats just one thing, but theres also a lot more you could do to make your much more unique and cooler.

You can edit your profile changing the background colors, changing the place of the elements, and you have a space to place HTML content you want like text, images, links, etc, if you have any doubt about how to edit your profile just search how HTML works or ask here and somebody helps you for sure.

To make your profile more interesting you can use a HTML code I haven't tried It yet. Also you can go to preferences and there you can add some colors to your acctivity, galleries, profile, background. To use smilies you need reach a rating 200 then you get a rating 200 just press a myLot code. You can see your number behind your name. Now you have rating 92 when you receive 100 rating after 8 posts myLot give you a reputation star. You can see that I have a star with rank 9. You can post images If you post a response type your text then press prewiew response then you can add a image, but If you are post discussion you can see a add image button. Have a nice day!
