Which expansion is the best?

Burning Crusade. Not to say I didn't like WOTLK, I loved it - but BC wins my vote. WOTLK felt a little rushed. Having said that, I am looking forward to Cataclysm. May just beat BC ;)

imo TBC is the most balanced patch (pvp and raid) in wotlk everyting was so easy to get, easy to gear up, imbalance class (retardin) on patch 3.0.x - 3.1.3, pvp item from emblem (silly)

The original WoW for me is the best. BC messed up some things as far as story goes and I don't like the fact that things are getting easier and easier with every expansion. I understand wanting to help out the casual player, but there is a line that needs to be drawn. I don't want an MMORPG that you can just fly to the max level as fast as possible. I like a little challenge and Vanilla WoW provided most of this.

My favourite expansion would be Wrath of the Lich King. i played wow starting with burning crusade but i never got into the level 60 instances. i got up to about lv 20ish or 30 then i bought wrath of the lich king. so i never did get into the level 60 dungeons in burning crusade they never had an impact on me, instead obviously i quested to gain levels until i got to 80. i did go back for the heck of it and check out most of the dungeons in burning crusade but i still think the ones in wrath of the lich king are better. i also like the lv 80 gear better and the warrior teir 10 gear looks by far the coolest to me. also my trades are mining and blacksmithing and you can only become a master in them in wrath of the lich king so i would craft armour and sell them in the acution house and earn about 1.3k gold off them. i dont know if i could ever make that kind of gold in burning crusade alone. i cant wait for catalysm to come out but it kind sucks theres only a 5 level increase

Vanilla wow was the best for me 40 man raids were amazing and world of warcraft opened up hardcore gaming for me and my friends we even started a 10 man guild and have cleared all content since vanilla and now waiting for Cataclysm.

For me it's Vanilla WoW. It's so hard to do dungeons before and you'd need to have competent players to actually finish one. Raids are so damn difficult, and I'm just talking about getting it started. You'd have to get into a guild to actually experience raiding in vanilla WoW. And for all those things, it actually got my vote.

There's alot to take into account here. Original wow was very tough. It's was very difficult to get anything in the game. But it made it chalanging. Gah I can't spell. I played a paladin back then. And spending like. 2 hours in an instance. That now you can 3 man and do it in half the time. I loved the 40 man raids. Cuz first of all you needed a big guild. And I guess there was less guilds and big guilds so there's the comunity part of that. You needed class leaders and everything just to manage. Then in bc I played a Druid. I pvped. 2300 rated teams. Was sooo much fun. The pvp in bc was amazing. Maybe cuz I was a op resto Druid but besides the point. The raids got shrunk. And well all I did was Kara, very well put together. Intro to flying mounts was very cool And. Well I guess leading to bc the best wow exp. But let me continue. Wrath of the litch king came out they introduced. A class I hate soo much. Introduced nockbacks easier raids and a bunch of new features. Right now I play a resto shaman. With like 5950 gear score. And yeah o havnt been in a raiding guild for more then a month. And k left to server transfer to go play with friends. But now you don't really need those hard core guilds. Cuz you can pug eveything. Leveling is a joke with the new boa gear. And everything is just so easy. I've pvped with the shaman. And I don't like where the pvp has gone. Pvp has turned into a global. People die within 1 second of them being attacked. It just turned Into. Who hits who first. There's some skill involved but not like before. I like litch king alot because it cares to the casual player but it absolutly has no chalange in it what so ever. So that really pisses me off. I can't say much for raiding in bc but for the arenas bc had the best balance. Skill req out there. I hope Cata will bring some more skill requirements Into the game. And Thats that

The original World of Warcraft was the best. I picked up the game when I was 12 after playing the other Warcraft games and I fell in love with it. The game was the best due to the tougher raids. I just kind of stuck with it, but I do play Wotlk, I just liked the original content the best because I just stuck with it.
