If you step on poop, do you blame anybody for the incidence? do you blame the owner or the dog? Usually its the owner but sometimes the dogs are just not trained not to poop in public places. I don't know

Yes, that ain't preatty. About the owner, everyone should clean up after them selvs and their kids (for me animals are a part of the family), and when we step on poop on the streets it's probably from an owner that didn't care.

Yes I have. The worst time was whenI was very young. We had gone to visit my mom and we were until late. The girls were asleep so my mom lent us blankets and we carried the choldren in our arms. It was Summer and I wore sandals. The poop was just in between my moms door and our car. Need I say more? I wanted to cut my foot off!!! I agree. It´s Murphy´s law

I never really step on dog poop because I live in the city thats not many dog around. All the dog owner don't let their dog out the house without supervision because we afraid they will missing or messing with neighbor who tend afraid of dog. It almost impossible to teach my dog not to poop in public place. When I walk my dog I usually bring a plastic or newspapers to clean his poop. I don't wanna my poop dog become the way of neighbor complaining about my dog and its more safe for all of our health.

I never blame it on anyone and just curse under my breath. And hey, there is a belief that stepping on dog is poo is good luck.

YOU MUST BE KIDDING. This is like the chicken or the egg argument. Have you ever seen a dog pic up their own poop. The owner is ALWAYS at fault. Improper training, to lazy owners [allot of them in this city]

I don't blame others, I actually blamed myself for not looking where i'm walking. But I totally hate dogs just pooping everywhere. It's so yuckee.

If I step on dog poop on street, I'll blame the dog's owner. He is the only one to blame. The dog doesn't know that humans walk without watching their steps. If you pay attention to dogs, you'll see a dog rarely steps on other dog's poop. That's because a dog usually sniffs around when walking. This is a normal behavior for a dog, but not for a human! I never blame a dog for pooping on the sidewalk or something, because he doesn't teach himself where to poop. The owner is guilty again. He is the one who must teach the dog where to do his duty. If not, he must clean after his dog. It is a way to show respect to the other people .

Haha. This is a fun thread. Yeah I've stepped on dog poo in the most unexpected and very wrong times like when I have a report or presentation at school. I'm really pissed off but of course I don't blame the dogs or their owners. I blame it on my carelessness because I could avoid those nasty poops had I been mindful of where I walk.

I don't think it is best for the dog to train it not to poop :D The owners' responsibility is to take a plastic bag with them so they can clean the dogs' poo. I don't think that the dog should know where to poo outside the house or apartment.
