The phenomenon of the bulgarian yogurt/'kiselo mliako/

The bulgarians were among the world's biggest yogurt eaters 'kiselo mliako' /yogurt/.They consume about 20 kg. per person. In the early 1900s young bulgarian scientist found the 'agent' causing bulgarian yougurt fermentation - 'Lactobacillus Bulgaricus'. 'Bacillus Bulgaricus' - can grow only in Bulgaria, in the ground. Elsewhere it mutates. The naturally 'kiselo mliako' /yogurt/ is a good source of vitamin B, Calcium and Protein. Numeraus researchers have shown that fermented milk /'kiselo mliako'/has strong anti-tumour effect. The bulgarian yogurt is not only good food. The phenomenon - bulgarian yogurt is prerequisite for good health!

I have been culturing Bulgarian yogurt as part of a designer yogurt mix and it seems to do well. And it helps to have a yogurt maker - never have had a failure. http://mryogurt.info/ Bill

I like yogurt but only with fruit in it. Have even made some. But it does not always turn out for me.

Yogurt /'Kiselo mliako'/ may to consume with fruit, with honey and 'Tarator' :-)) Kiselo mliako is very good food, different of sweet. If you consume meat with yogurt, this is not good combination. Only kiselo mliako /yogurt/ is marvellous! :-)) I'll write for 'Tarator'.
