Are there many obviously differences between 80s & 90s at your place?

I have a new workmate who is a young, absolute 90s girl. When we talk together, i always feel that it is difficult to understand her. And she never accept my opinion,either. Are there many ovbiously differences between 80s & 90s at your place?

Each decade has its own traditions. All the changes I have seen from the 50's(my husband's), 60's (mine) and then to now. It is interesting to see the differences. As for her not to accept your opinion, that is a personal problem.
