If you drink coffee you will notice that after drinking coffee for weeks your body seem to want more coffee than when you started drinking coffee. I think it is that your tolerance to coffee has gone up higher so you need to reach a higher amount of caffeine in your body to feel satisfied. If you drink coffee for the flavor only that might be a different story but you will end up addicted as well. Coffee is addicting but very effective stimulant and it has many antioxidants, more than that of tea. By consuming coffee we get a high. Do you think getting high on coffee is good or bad?

I have a solution to your apprehension Vam .. have you heard of a brazilian coffee with 0.6% Caffeine, with Mushroom extract and at the same time contains vitamins and minerals? A very healthy organic coffee I must say. I always take couple of sachets with me wherever I go. Normally I only order a hot water (but pay the normal coffee price for it) and pour the sachet I have and enjoy coffee without the fear that I am taking in excess of caffeine that is bad for my health. Oh I almost forget to mention .. this coffee is alkaline base too that is why it is safe to take for those who have ulcers and hyperacidity problems not to mention those who have hypertension, diabetes etc.
This coffee is available in : 3 in 1 and black coffee (no sugar)

Well I can say, every thing that is too much is bad. But, just like me, a coffee addict. I can't say that it's bad. he he. It helps me to think more vivid. And has effects like energy drink.

Caffeine is really easy to come off of. Just cut consumption daily for 1 or 2 weeks depending on how much you drink.
