In our backyard there are lots of newborn ravens say about 30 of them. These youngsters hangout near our little pond with a miniature falls. I want to tame them so I could train them. Its just for fun and because they are young they are easier to teach. What do ravens eat? I heard they could imitate sounds and voices. I want to tame them to be my pets outside my house. I think that would be nice

what on earth is wrong with you? would you like someone to come into your home and try and get you to do tricks? these are wild animals-one no way you can accomplish this feat. and 2 why would you do this for fun?? so when they grow up they swoop down on people because they think they will be friendly and then they get shot. so they can start hanging out in public places in large groups? scaring people? wow! i;m just aloofed at why anyone would even think that is cool?

Nothing is wrong with me. I would like someone to come to my home and train me to do tricks. I think that it would be cool to learn tricks and be useful to someone. If I accomplish this you cannot stop me. If swooping down on people is a problem then I would train them to avoid getting close to people who they are not familiar with. You don't like pets. All I wanted was to tame them and be part of my backyard once in a while. Birds can be trained to do many things like sending messages, perform tricks for food( its like working where they get paid). Just because they are wild doesn't mean they cannot be tamed. Dogs for example, do you think they are not wild before they got to people, I think not. The same things apply to different animals. To ride a horse they need to be trained to follow the trainer.Do you like shooting birds? I don't. I think it is better for their survival to be close to humans because we humans are invading their territories and you are stupid.

wow-you answered my question completely. There is something wrong with you. I'm sorry you lack the social skills of society that you need to tame a flock of ravens to make you feel superior. And I highly doubt you would like me to walk in your door and teach you how to use the toilet or how to wipe correctly, or maybe jump up and down for a treat? Again I apologize that you didn't understand a thing you just said? You have fun chasing your birds, hope that they don't all attack you at once, that would be just awful.

I have no idea about ravens, but since its a bird why not try giving them seeds.
30 of them, wow its a lot, if you want to train them, you better start now.
Godbless on your goal of keeping them as your pet. Ours are mostly dogs, so I have no idea really about taking care of birds.
