I wondered that why countries do not want to share their resources in return they can obtain another resources.Do you thing that all the world is one country and current countries are cities of that world country?Think that all the people are citizens of that country and a man from Africa or America has the same rights on the world.There is one army forces of the world to arrange the world country and its cities.Can it be real???
