can anybody tell me about points4rewards.com?? Good, worth it, or bad?

Im interested in it and I have a couple questions. Whats the min payout? Is the site worthy it? Is it a survey site, where you only take surveys to earn points and turn it into cash? Your opinion is very much needed. Depending on what is written. I think I'll sign up. So is the site good and worth trying? Or Bad and i'll waste my time??

yes, its worth it, Ive been paid many times, you can get paid cash through paypal, as soon as you reach $1.00!

do i need to pay them at anytime? I just don't understand the offers thing?
