Insomnia is the continuous difficulty in falling asleep and other psychiatric disorder. Almost 1 over 2 person suffers from this disease but according to sufferers, do you find Insomnia a severe mental illness.
All these people dont sleep at all but dream everynight.

Insomnia can be transient or chronic. Most people will experience problems falling asleep at some point in their lives for a certain duration of time. Transient insomnia probably wont cause any serious problems...But chronic insomnia could...The bottom line is that the human body needs sleep...Its an essential period of rejuvination for the brain and body. Adults need 7-8 hours of sleep a night, ideally. If you are constantly not getting enough sleep this could weaken the immune system for one, making you more susceptible to illnesses.

I am currently suffering insomnia, it takes me about 3 hours before I get to sleep and sometimes reach the morning before I could sleep.
The best sleeping pill I could suggest is "Peace of Mind".

In itself,Insomnia is treated as a serious illness by some sufferers. It is believed that almost everyone has once experienced it.So readjust your attitude toward Insomnia. Before you go to bed, absolutely relax yourself, listen to some light music or drink a hot milk or read a boring book...something that will make you relax at all.And at the meantime,do not treat sleep as a kind of burden or horror.
