HELP! HELP!!! I meet a unfriendly colleague in my office

These days, I just changed my job and was hired by a new company. I am satisfied with all about it except for the unfriendly colleague. I know she is not aimed at me. But I still feel uncomfortable. So, what should I do? Did you meet that situation. HELP!!!

I have feeling my answer will never make you much happier.Don't worry. its happen all time to all. Every office have one person like this.you will never be able to change action of others. you can only change your reaction to them. be patient its gonna be alright....

i meet that situation all the time. Its my mom! Anyway, if you bounced right up to the top of the corporation ladder, while she struggled hard to get there, she might get angry at you. She worked very hard to earn that prestigious spot while you started there. She is probably angry that you started where she laboriously struggled for. Try and confront her. Loosen her up. Peace to all of you, including hobos!
