What happened to Sylar?

After finishing season 3, I can't seem to figure out what happened to Sylar. It's like there's a big jump from the ending of season 3 to the beginning of season 4. i just know that Nathan is in Sylar's body and Sylar's soul is trapped in Matt's body. I'm really at a loss.

Not really. Nathan isnt actually in sylars body, just his memories and sylars been locked in matts head. At the end of season 3 we see a body that claire thinks is sylars and how nathans memories have been put into nathan, and the at the beggining of season 4 we see 'nathan' and slowly beginning to realise he is not himself. Not that much inbetween.

Thanks BethanTT. I must have missed a lot of episodes, especially towards the end of season 3. Can you or anybody refer me to a site where I can view some of the episodes? I can't find much on Youtube.

i wanted to give some answers to u.but then i see the one rite belwo already give a perfect answer to ur question..so i guess i can add jsut a little..
LAter in season 4 u can see the slow realisation that Nathan will discover he is Sylar..using an image of Nathan..(because sylar inherit the power to shapeshifs,remember?) and the actually Sylar is in Matt's mind.. nathan body is actually Sylar..he just temporarily involuntarily in that shape of body..
while the evil sylars mind inside MAtt's..where it is struggling to take control over matt..
see it to enjoy..
