How does it feel when a friend never noticed the good deeds you've done for him?

It hurts when you found out that your friend does not actually noticed that you are doing something for his/her own good. And its so overwhelming when a friend has noticed and appreciated a very little thing you have done for her/him.
However, let us bear in mind, we did it only for them...it doesn't matter if they appreciate it or not...what matters most is that...you do it because your a real friend for them

It hurts a lot. I have done many good deeds to my "friend" but when I do something wrong all of my good deeds are erased and the main focus are my mistakes.And whenever my friend talks to someone the actions that I have done is credited to another person.It irritates me and discourages me to do my best whenever Im around with my friend.

I do feel bad when he / she does not notice something good that i have done for them. Then i think to myself...did i do it to get an appreciation???? Then why do i expect something??? A friend will always know that wharever we do for a friend we will do the best. So i have decied to do it and forget it...appreciations will automatically come. When we do something good we will get it back in 2 folds.
