do you agree that computers have negative effects?

computer is one of the product of modernization..but do we realize that despite the fact that it has made things easier, it has also some disadvantages?
1.it gives u headache
2. neck/back ache
3. wrist/arm pain
4.color distortion
5.blurred vision
6. eye strain
7. dry irrititated eyes
accept it or not.. we still enjoy using it.because in fact they have become more useful important and sufficient.. so if you can't stop using it..just enjoy the pain hehe.

The effects that you have enumerated were not disadvantages and it has no direct link from using computers ergonomically and the right way. All of them are results from abuse of using computers for longer period in a given time which is not the right attitude of playing with computers. Everyone should take rest at a given time so you won't experience all of that. There's no one to blame in this case but the person itself.

you too..you're funny..how did u say that those i enumerated there have no link in using computer...?you said that is only a result from abuse of using computers..so could you say that there are no links ..?whatever thanks for dropping a comment

That's OK, everything has negative side effect in our life. Computer is used mostly in our life now days. Unfortunately, as you said, it causes some negative impact to us as user. We can avoid or at least reduce the effect by not to much sit in front of computer. After work about one or two hours, then we should walk around to relaxing the muscle and refreshing pr eyes. After all, computer has took over most of our job and I think it would be worst impact if we don't use computer, do we?

well i think every things has its benefits and side effects but for computers i think the advantages outweights the bad ones.

yes i agree that there are some side effects as u mentioned but again as u mentioned we enjoy using it.
and i cant live with out it.
