After couple of exercises upon waking up in the morning, it is a , morning habit of people to prepare coffee and sip it. We enjoy it while reading the newspapers in an early time before breakfast. Some men and women are telling that it gives them vigor for the whole day of work and give them alert mind and body too... they do not even feel sleepy the whole 8 hours day work. In the office we usually do drinking coffee in a closed door meeting, others do it while chatting with fellow employees, some also do it while having break-time. Health experts done a lot of scientific studies on the nutritional aspects of coffee that people used to benefit from it. They said it has a lot of antioxidants that helps to safeguard our body cells. Antioxidants act as free radical scavengers and prevent/repair damage done by these free radicals. Heart disease, diabetes, cancer and others are all contributed by oxidative damage. In this connection, in your own methodology, aside from eating vegetables and fruits to have a healthy body do you think drinking coffee would also help?

i usually dont drink coffe...but if it has more benefits than tea then i will think of it. I dont drink a lot of coffee as it creates a heat inside the body.

Anyway tea is another alternative of coffee... still the same antioxidants you can get from it, the only difference is that there are more antioxidants found in coffee compare to tea. As long as you drink it, it is good for you!

I am a coffee addict too. I start drinking coffe from breakfast time each day, and throughput the day, atleast four or five cups. I used to drink strong coffee. I think that aggravates my blood pressure. So, I changed to decaffinated coffee, and kept my blood pressure under control. I still do drink coffee every day !

In a certain aspects it can, I believe so, since it has caffeine and we all know whats the effect of caffeine in our body at some extent. I have said to some extent because we can only drink them in moderation and not more than what our body requires it. And for as to how much is too much, that I cannot say or tell. I'm not an expert of this kind and yet it all depends on whose experts you ask.

I am usually up, wash & shave, then straight to work. Cycle, train or bus. Depends on the weather and how much money I have.
My first or drink is usually at work. Caffeine does act as a stimulant, but I am given to think that it can be overdone. With regard to energy drinks, a can of Red Bull contains the equivalent in caffeine to 8 cups of coffee.

I love drinking coffee it is my favorite. I woke up early in the morning and prepare coffee with breakfast. Even in the break time I use to drink and my friend told me that over dos of coffee is not good for health. Some time I think it don't have more benefits than tea, but for me I can't leave it even if I affect to my health.
