Sparrows live almost exclusively among people. According to one study, wherever the number of households increases, the sparrow population increases proportionately. Sparrows build their nests under the eaves of houses, inside shutter boxes, in holes in a wall, or in places such as parks, close to whre people live. From ancient times, sparrows have appeared in fairy tales, folklore and proverbs. Sparrows only live for few years. But look at the birds of the air, they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet God feeds them. Are we not much more valuable than they? So we don't have to worry. We just have to seek His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to us as well. He cares for the little sparrow. Imagine how much more He cares for us.

Across all the diverse and innumerable living beings including human beings, there exists a common thread of divinity that forms the basis of all creation. Unlike sparrows,we ,human beings have never ending desire to possess, exploit and control every thing in nature without caring the interest and need of other natural entities. The world is gradually becoming more and more unsecured, imbalanced and unsustainable. Many species of trees, birds and animals have been wiped out. We must behave in a responsible manner so that the earth will become a heavenly place to live with grace of God. The creator of the universe is fully aware of the needs of all its creation;hence we need not worry for anything. Thanks.

hi Dian21,
What a very pretty idea between the sparrows and us humans and how God relates to us... i never thought it this way but I like it. The sparrows are small bird and fast and getting all those bugs for us so we do have so many. They sound so very pretty when they sing. Thank you for reminding to appreciate the small things and nature and what God has put there for us to enjoy at any give time or moment.
Thanks and have a great weekend
Sincerely Unique16
