How many times you said NO but it becomes Yes and Yes becomes NO?

In our life we had face this YES and NO..not only to our kids but to some people too! How many times you said NO and it becomes Yes and Yes becomes NO in a certain situation in your life? Like me, My husband said: we will design the front yard like this and I said yes then next day I said: NO..then there goes the silence and think..huh what a life!

Yeah just like a song " life is a constant change..I am trying my best to say No and mean it instead of changing to yes or vice versa.
