Xbox 360 motion sensor / myLot

The Xbox 360 has come out with a motion senor system similar to the Wii but not controller is necessary. Who thinks this is actually be practical and how accurate can it be?

I have been trying to try it but the best buy over here does not have it. It could possibly be a little more accurate because they have watch nintendos version and most likely have made wiis system and improved it with some personal touch modifications. I have not seen what the 360 system exactly looks like but I have seen the sensor.

Personally I don't think the new 360 system can work very accurately without some form of tracking system e.g. some gloves or a special suit which I think is rather impractical.
