hey guys i was wondering if i can get some ideas for my girlfriends birthday. We have been going out for 3 months and her birthday is this friday. We are both in high school and havent been together that long yet so i dont plan on spending a fortune but i wanna get something nice. I have know her for like 5 years though. she likes some of the stuff at the coach store but i think her mom is getting her something from there so i dont want to get the same thing and i also dont want to pick out something she wont like cause im not a girl and guys have different tastes in stuff like that. If anyone can help that would be great. i also want to make a card for her instead of buying one so if anyone can help with like a poem or something that would be great

Don't spend too much. A precious gift is priceless. Homemade card is a great idea. Create something unforgettable for your girl. Why not try to make a scrapbook. Put photos of your girlfriend and make silly yet funny statements to it. Include also your photos together and write some jokes. Your girl will surely have fun reading and appreciating your gift. Just be crafty and creative.

Unless you are loaded, you might want to avoid the Coach store as well (LOL - $400 for a bag? It's crazy!) and you are absolutely right. Girls are the pickiest things ever, especially when it comes to expensive handbags! Flowers are a plus. A big bouquet of roses delivered with a cute note will be shockingly cute. Also, you could consider something from Tiffany's (like a bracelet or necklace) because all girls like that kind of stuff. Or you could get her something a little less serious, like something she's wanted forever? A certain book, movie, magazine, etc - it will show that you pay attention to what she wants and likes. It all depends on how far you are along emotionally in your relationship, and also what your price range is. For the poem thing, originality gets you mega points. Try to make up a cute rhyming poem - just sit down with a piece of paper and think. Not always are poems necessary, by the way, but it does show that you have a soft side and that you can tap into it when you need to. Good luck!

i appreciate your help. My price range is maybe aroung 100 to 150 i was thinking i would make a gift bag with a card and her favorite candy and maybe some flowers like you said. The hard part is to find something as the main gift
