On Happiness

I'm just happy these days, I just want to express myself.
"What's important is the fact that I'm happy with what I'm doing. I've never been this happy before and I'm not asking anything in return. Being Happy is enough for me.
Happiness is a matter of choice not a matter of circumstances.
It's quite funny and ironic how quickly things change only to go back to the old ways, to where I would want to be."
I'm just loving it while it lasts.

It is great to know that you are happy right now. I know that throughout the course of my life I've been through a lot of periods of ups and downs and though the downs are somewhat difficult to deal with, I know that I will get through them because I'm able to look forward to the ups that are certain to come. Additionally, it is easier to deal with the tough times in our lives when we try to keep an optimistic outlook all the time, even when we are going through an especially rough patch.

You are very lucky to feel that way.You are perfectly right in saying that happiness is a matter of choice.Sometimes some inevitable negative things happen in life but life is like a roller coaster and one should not be bogged down by us and downs in life rather try to remain satisfied and happy with whatever circumstances he has.
