Is dependence on computers a good thing?

Every organization nowadays, let it be big or small is more or less dependent on computers. In other words, say it like this ' WE HAVE BECOME TECHIE'
Computer is an efficient mean connecting us to the world, it is fast and moreover we didont have to be necessarily at the work position to carry out our work. It's good that we are searching for efficient means for carrying out our work.
But,
still there is one questions that peeps into my mind 'IS DEPENDENCE ON COMPUTERS IS A GOOD THING?'

It has its advantages and benefits and we have definitely achieved so much more and more quickly with computers, but we better hope that the electricity companies don't go bust... ;)

No it's not although computers are turly very useful but we just cannot depend on computers always. Personally, computer usage cause damage to my eyes. Second, it made me lazier . It even wekens my interpersonal skills- talking with real people.

Its both, good and bad. To begin with, we cant go back now. Everything is stored on computers even our medical files. It makes our lives much easier, information is at our fingertips and we can also solve many problems by googling it. How wonderful. I wish I had had computers when I was a kid.
The only problem is when the power goes out and we cant use the computers. The water we drink is controlled by computers, medical machines are computers, you cant even put gas in your car now if theres no power, so imagine if we were to have a huge blackout..we'd be back in the dark age, literally speaking!!
We have a generator here at home.......just in case!! lol.

Yes it depends on how much you depend on the computer!
If you want to play games and just chat with friends and all then i believe computer is the right device for you. However you cannot entirely depend on the computer for whatever you do and for whatever you want to do. There's a limit for each and everything and depending on that limit only can you determine how far you are willing to go to get dependent on the internet!

Some peoples too depending on computer, such as they need a calculator to count 70-30.
haha
But computer still play an important role in our daily life.
