All the health experts are asking to sleep for eight hours a day...... i don't think all are able to do that , because of our fast life , there is no time for wait ..... so every one need to follow six hour sleep at least for their good health ......... What you think??????

It is tested that a human body only needs 2 hours of sleep for the back. But with ages and ages Sleeping has become more comfortable and is also a pleasure that many people coulden't have back in the old ages. If a person tried to get only 2 hours sleep a day now he/she would be worn out because we aren't used to it anymore. Now it is 8 hours sleep and your good to go, while for most jobs people tend to sleep only for 5 hours and work 12 hours eaven more.

Having 8 hours of sleep daily is like a urban myth. As mentioned, in current fast pace life, many hours are spent working. From the remaining free time, one have to split between family, personal and sleeping time. Something got to give. Most of the time, it is sleeping time that will be sacrifice. What I do to compensate, I try to have what is termed as power-nap. What it means to try and sleep for a few minutes in the day. I have tried it and got to say, it does work wonders at times.

actually I sleep only 6 hours at night and at day I nap 2 hours so it totals at 8 hours of sleep a day.. I think it depends if your body can afford if you sleep 6 hours a day so go, but their are people who needs at least 8 hours a day or more than that, so it depends but take your vitamins..

Super man sleep even less than 5 hours a day, but i am normal. Statistics show I have to sleep more than 7 hours a day or else i feel very very dizzy and even have a headache and 8 hours sleep makes me in best condition.

It is highly individual I think. Like, children and teenagers need to sleep more, and old people less, but also different people need different amounts of sleep, no matter what age they are. So I can really only speak for myself, but for me 6 hours is not enough. I need one or two hours more than that. Otherwise I feel very tired for days afterwards!

What your body is used to, is what's right for you. If it can survive the day with 6 hours sleep, no problem. I know I could do it, but I also know that's not going to be enough to get me through the day lol. I'll probably take a nap half way through the day haha.
