My girlfriend told me she could say the most private problem to her soulmate but not to me.She said this was the difference between a boyfriend and a soulmate.I always wondered what she meant to say.

that's not good, i believe what she meant to say is that you are is BF but not for long. soulmate is actually the compatible bf, i think she's not referring to you.

not all girls believe in "soulmate", im one example :D in my perspective, how could you say he's your soulmate?are you God? are you manghuhula? LOL and if one day, he breaks your heart, so what happend to the soulmate part, right?

Here's what i think girls would think that way.
* they are compatible with that person
* interest seemed the same together with hobbies and activities
* conversations are more relaxed and sweet
* turning point where the soulmate was only present at that time
* believe strongly in destiny
