I liked the world cup in South Africa. I had my doubts with the organizing committee whether they would be able to be ready for this mega event. But they proved me wrong and everything was spot on for the tournament. The Vuvuzelas were a major hit for me. If anything it was FIFA that played the spoilsport with the Jabulani ball and the refereeing controversies which dogged the world cup.
Cheers!

Vuvuzela rocks...though first day I thought it was the network problem in my tv. lol

Full of emotions is what the FIFA World Cup in Africa demonstrated to all soccer fans. I am not really into the sport of soccer but when I saw this years World Cup, it was somewhat an opening eye for me to watch soccer.
I think Spain deserves to win. They are a resilient team. I am not rooting them on the finals but then, they were all focused on winning that coveted title.

I think the host country deserves a path on their shoulder for what I think is a success in hosting the biggest single game sport in the world. The tournament itself is great. I am just enjoying in the comfort of my house watching some of the games and was so happy that I was able to watch the finals live. I believe Spain deserves what they got right now, knowing that they lost in their ever first game and the Swiss did not ever went through the first round.

I liked South Africa WC. The ending ceremony was pretty nice. I liked the elephants. But what I'll remember is Vuvujella....That was the unique flavor of this WC. I think Spain deserve the cup. They played well through out the WC but I was supporting Germany. It's shocking while they were in a good form. I watched the matches on tv. Also like the theme songs of this WC. Specially waka waka and waving flag. Awesome compositions.
