make money through gmail, have you tried?

I'm wondering if there is anyone here who have done this job called gmail account generation. This guy (american) sent me an email inviting me to work with him. He stated that the job will have me to make gmail accounts, and upload videos with sizes not more than 5mb. He also asked me if how many accounts I could make and how much would I charge for each. And so, if anyone of you here are currently doing this or have done this my question is... What's he going to with the accounts and how much does an account cost?
If this campaign could work well with me maybe I could consider this as one of my campaigns and it's sure that no scamming would happen because I'm always good in having my clients to make initial deposits.

okay, so guys... I did the job for a week and got paid by a guy named kaycee anurag. However the campaign needed to stop because he mentioned that gmail and some email services implemented a policy which there has to be a limit in making accounts everyday for every IP. for 5 days of working with him, that's making e-mail accounts and uploading videos through his database he paid me 17dollars and I spent like 3hours every night.

That thing, I still don't know yet. I still haven't started the job. I'l try to talk to them If they could set-up a contract or something because this guy actually found me on best jobs.
