No I'm not kidding, my cat is being attacked every day by birds. They sit outside the doors and wait for him to come out of the house and when he does they instantly start to swoop him and attacked him. He actually turns around and runs straight back in the house. I have tried shooing them away but they just come back and wait for my cat. The noise they make is just annoying and the birds constantly do this day after day. This morning they nearly got me when they were swooping at my cat. Has anyone had a similar problem or an answer to how I can stop this behaviour. My cat is driving me mad being stuck in the house.

I know there is a thing which kills or harms those birds. You just set this thing in the place the birds tend to sit and it harms them with spiky sticks and they probably never come back or find else where to sit, odds are they won't come back after that. But that's just my experience, I hope you could find one or something like that one too for the annoying birds.

But he is afraid. How about making like a giang doll so they think it's a real person, or putting some kind of sound outside. You kitty must be so nice, a bird attacking him, poor of him couldn't he be inside the house? I think he is too sweet to deal with a bird!

When I first read the topic titel, I thought ur cat was being attacked by other cats daily. But I am abit surprised that it was actually birds that have being attacking. I have 3 cats myself and have never experienced that sistuation, my vad have only being attacked by other cats and once one of my cat was sourrounded by 2-3 cats.
