I tend to blast my music and wear myself down until I can cry it out; take a shower, excercise, play the piano, write. Anything that I can do that will get those emotions out in the open.

I sleep when I'm sad. Sadness absorbs my energy and I easily get tired. Sometimes, I eat soothing food like chocolate, pizza, etc.:D

There are times when I just listen to songs which can make me feel happy. Or sometimes, I feed my sadness with sad songs that can help me think about the reason of my sadness. Other times, I try to be happy by doing good things to people, smiling, thinking of happy thoughts, and praying. I think it's better to do things that can make you happy and forget that you are sad.

make room dark and Just simply sleeping....
But I ca'nt do always this bqz there is nobody here to take care of my kids.
Sometimes I shout at them or sometimes put TV and I sleep...Sometimes I send them out And I sit alone..
But it is very rare situation bqz I always busy with my kids and no time to think for sad moments. Before and all I used to cry for a silly matter also. But now no time..

There's no sense sulking right? It wouldn't help and it would only give you a lot of stress. So I keep myself really really busy and I look for things that would entertain me. I also surf the net a lot, watch movies, videos and read. It's how I cope with sadness. I really just don't dwell on it. =)

Put on some Rock and Roll and let the music slowly take you to a better place. If you live near the water, take a walk along the shore. If not, find a park with a fountain with splashing water. The sound of water is always soothing. Whatever you do get out of the house and away from whatever is making you sad.
Life is too short to spend one minute in saddness that you do not have to. As you walk somewhere smile at the folks you pass, they will smile back at you and before you know it, your smiles will feel good on you face. :)

Cry. Eat chocolate. Watch movies. Cry. Write poetry. Read books. Cry. Wallow in self-pity. Clean my room. Did I mention I usually cry?
And after the crying's done, I try to remember that even though it looks bad now, things could always be worse. I try really hard.
