which better paypal or alertpay?

hey i need help concerning paypal or alertpy account. Since paypal is not available in all countries and also do not provide both sending and accepting facility in some countries, is it advisable to chose alertpay then. Does alertpay have same problems? And If i chose alertpay, does alertpay provide equal or better security than paypal? IF anyone got any problem with any of them please share it with me because i need to reg an acount on any of them

It depends where you are living. Paypal very useful in many countries (they have listed in their site) great opportunity to transfer fund to their bank account and to purchase online and to use and open merchant account etc. For some countries less opportunity and some countries citizen have no opportunity open account.
If you are from India and there is good opportunity i.e. you can transfer paypal money to your bank account but cost is little high.

I personally prefer paypal, cause I find it more easy to use, but alertpay is good to if paypal doesnt accept your country.
