DO YOUR THINK THEY DOING THEIR BEST WITH New Orleans ?

No. The city is dragging their butt as usually because they don't have the money to fix up the city and have to rely on the federal government who has been promising money for close to a year and hasn't come thorugh. I must say that they have greatly imprved the inner city school and have worked very hard to provide a decent enivronment for the kids who have returned to Orleans Parish. However, they still are having issues with crime because many places in the city do not have residents. The city is pretty close to where is was 2 weeks after the hurricane hit. Not much improvement at all. Very little touched by the hurricane is back to normal down here.
