Account disabled!

My account recently got disabled without warning on Facebook. I've sent the Facebook support team an email to try and get this resolved. I wasn't doing anything against the rules, so I can only assume my account was hacked in some way. Has anyone on myLot had this happen?

well it get be solve i had the same problem few days back and it got fix how?? just contact the facebook admin and tell them what happened give ur details like username and password ur first name last name date of birth so that they can confirm that it was ur account. they will answer you in few mins

How do you contact the Facebook admin? I tried submitting my information through one of their help forms...

Usually your account has been hacked and they spammed everyone, and if enough people report the spam, they will cancel your account as they think you are just spamming people.
whenever you log in, check your recent messages - inbox and outbox, just to make sure that there arent any messages that you havent sent.
Use a password that is hard for someone to guess-- upper and lower case letters, and numbers.

I have heard a lot of this...my friend's account was disabled and Fb said it was bcos he had a huge number of friends. I dont believe this.
