Hi guys...It's been a tough day with Basyang for me. The flood in our place was so high because of the joint forces of the wind from Basyang and the high tide. Classes were suspended so I worked on some things needd for my work...I Just discovered that I have UTI and anemia...As for anemia, I am guilty of that cause I have been having low blood pressure and anemia even before. But, I was surprised t know that I have UTI...okay I admit I love junk foods...but hay.....

hello mspitot!
that's sad, with the flood and all that, being anemic and having UTIs.. i've experienced both, my doctors prescribed me a multi-vitamins with IRON and intake of green, leafy vegetables, lots of eat..to cure the anemia...for the UTI, which can become uncomfortable sometimes, been to the bathroom more often than you can imagine in one hour, got that urge to pee everytime, even when i had just finished peeing, will get the urge again and its painful sometimes.
My doctor advised me to drinks lots of water throughout the day and to drink cotrimoxazole - an antibiotic intended to cure among others, mild UTIs. i was also advised by my aunt to drink buko juice (coconut juice) to help wash away the bacteria.
it's an uncomfortable ailment..and i hope and pray that it would go away soon mspitot!

I had UTI before but it got fixed because water therapy. Of course clean water XD, I drink almost 10-15 glasses of water everyday.
For Anemia, hmmmmm, I suggest sleeping early and Camote(Sweet Potato) Tops. It's really effective ^_^

That's sad to hear. Acquiring 2 illnesses while there's a calamity is indeed tragic. I hope you get well soon. I also hope we recover from this calamity soon.

Same here with us that Basyang has too much effect in us although we did not experience floods this time.
But your UTI is a worry, mspitot, and you should do something immediately with it as UTI leads to formation of kidney stones and kidney stones when not treated leads to kidney failure. Apple cider blended with honey will help you but most of all, try a thermal therapy and this is the surest way to remove your UTI.

Ms Pitot, Hi! i would advice you to drink a lot of coconut juice for your urinary track infection... lessen your junkfoods which contains a lot of MSG.. not only junk foods but oily foods as well and also sweets... drink a lot of water everyday and do exercises.. have plenty of sleeps and eat good foods... take good care and have peace of mind....

Hi,
So sad, hope you become alright. Think things are better and please take care of your health. What is UTI? Avoid eating more at rainy seasons and drink more water if you are affected by kidney stone. Also, please remember boil the water and before drinking. If possible make a habit of drining boiled water only.
Wish you fast recovery and best of luck.
Regards,
Thank-s

I hope the storm and the flood wont do much damage there. ..
As for your health... I guess your not much of a water drinker... lots and lots of water will help. And for anemia... I think taking B complex will help

That's sad to hear. I've been diagnosed with UTI, the doctor gave me some antibiotics for a week then I had to come back to check the status, but when I did the follow up, the doctor didn't show up. Since I don't like drinking medicines ( I know I'm not yet cured) I tried curing myself. I drink lots of water (if possible more than 2 liters a day. 2 liters = 8 glasses), eat less salty food and junk food, urinate frequently.
Hope you'll get better soon :)
