The wind was so strong that it opened our painted shut window and blew the curtains as the wind enter our room to put the fire of the candle off. Its as if we were in a horror film

I was at the office when the wind picked up speed. We saw flying boards and trees falling that night. Good thing it was over when we finished work. I heard there were accidents in the road so I consider myself lucky.

i didn't sleep that night too. the winds were too strong, and it feels like the winds were howling, not just whistling. i was still up when it hit, then the electricity went out. i couldn't sleep not just because of the winds, i was too worried about our dogs. they stay out in the backyard. they're in their cage but i couldn't help but worry that they'll be drenched it the rain. i ended up sleeping at about 4 or 5 am, but it wasn't a good sleep.

This time there was more wind than rain. I could hear the wind howling and the occasional banging of trees on windows. At one point, a G.I. sheet landed loudly on our roof which woke us all up. I could hear the cats meowing loudly and running around in the roof.

I am also glad that there is electricity already that I can post and post and post all over again and again as many as I can. It drives me nuts as well last night that I really felt that my room will be blown away by the wind. Kinda scary though. And I have heavy menstrual flow last night that I can't even use the lights because of the electricity was off. I haven't seen the flood but there was. I am still glad that I can be able to use the bathroom unlike before in the other house that we can't use it whenever there is heavy typhoon.

Your correct storm Basyang did not let me sleep long last night, I thought the storm is not that strong until it comes and cause the brownout. And at midnight I am praying because of the strong wind I thought that our roof will be teared off, but thank God nothing happened to our old house and now life is back to normal.
