Just imagine you are missing someone badly and you want to call that person but you don’t get access to a phone or email. What do you do then?

Sometimes I get a paper and pencil and write a poetry about what I feel with that person as I spent time with him/her and after we had our separate ways. Still at other times, I play with the memories we had created that made me smile a lot. I distort their faces or add something funny with the thoughts I remembered. In these way, it made the pain of missing them ease up. :D

Is It always necessary to be alone to write a poetry. I can't understand why people become a poet while they feel lovely, or in love or depressed. Where is the connection?

Well I guess the connection lies on the inspiration drawn out from strong emotions. By the time you felt so good or so bad you would want to desire so much to capture it and immortalize it because it is a precious moment.

I think we all should practice telepathy. That way, a huge amount of telephone bill will be saved.

If I could travel to see the person I would by car or train. I am scared of flying so I wouldn't travel that way! If that isn't possible I would do the snail mail way! I did that alot when there wasn't the internet and I didn't like talking on the phone then!

In that case, if you have their address at least, you could right to them to let them know that you would like to visit them...? Actually, that would probably be a last resort and in extreme circumstances. Usually, if that happens, people would just ask a mutual friend if they could borrow their PC or phone, all else if you there was no-one, perhaps you could pop down to the local lbrary and use the free internet there... hoping that you would also have some spare change, you could perhaps use the public phone, or I think they also have a special number where you could use to reverse the calls....? I've actually been in that situation where I've missed someone, and really wanted to get back in contact with them, but unfortunately I didn't have their e-mail or number and we don't have mutual friends...it's a case of hoping that we'll bump into each other on the street one day....
