Ideas For a Used Bookstore.

I would like to open my own used bookstore someday. I want it to be a bit different from other used bookstores so that I could have a draw for customers. I was thinking haveing a small bookclub one night a week as well as sell coffee and baked goods from the counter. I knit so I was thinking of having a small corner for my knitted art. I would like to have an "author of the week" and have a display of his or her books set up as you walk into the store. Perhaps a student discount and a senior discount. I have no idea what I would name it or what else I could use to attract customers to my store. Do you have any ideas so that I could start brainstorming?
