I am sure we, Mylotters are working either part time or full time to make money online. We have faith and hope to make money.
But it is tiring sometimes because there are too many scam sites out there. There are many programs to make money. It is very difficult to choose the right earning program. It is more difficult to identify the legit sites.
So we waste a lot of time working on useless sites. We are confused to choose the program that suits our talents.
Do you have a clear idea about your programs? Can you identify legit sites and avoid working on scam sites?
How do you spend time effectively and make money online?
What are your online business plans?

There are plenty of sites to make money with and of course there are plenty of sites that are scams. Like the mylotters before me said, you should research the sites. make sure they are good sites. I have been very lucky to have two amazing mentors who have showed me all the sites that i belong to. I follow them and they haave helped me not only make money, but to create my very own money making website. So know i am in business for myself helping others make an online income! It's awesome

After 10 years my legit list is quite long. It is good that you have started blogs. I always suggest that people get their own domain website/blog as soon as possible. That way you can start to climb in the search engines and get more traffic. My best promotional tools are my website/blog. I have also just opened an online earning forum so people have another way to reach me and get their questions answered by me and other online earners. It is very important to be available for your down lines.

I have been reading over so many of these comments and forgetting to leave a comment myself. There is just so much to say in a topic like this one. One thread running through here is the frustration people have in trying to earn money and not being respected for all there hard work. I can certainly relate as I did this for years to. I finally found a business that is fabulous and legit that I can feel proud of. I wish everyone could have that as well. People can check my blog if they are interested. Just the first paragraph explains it all. Congrats on this discussion you have pages of comments. Must feel good to start a discussion that creates so much talk.

Slow earners are alright, at least there's the fun part.. but if scams, are totally a waste of time. I think judging by the number of members can be a good way to determine if a site is scam or not. I mean like.. if it's a popular site like myLot, how can it be non-legit..something like that. But not all the time can this theory be used.

Yeah, zed slow earning sites are far better than scam sites. Mylot is a slow earner but mylot pays every member on time every time. I think we need to do a lot of research to identify legit sites. More sites we discover more will be our online income. good luck.

I am content with what I earn now. My $100 a month are more than enough for my vacations. I save all my online earnings for that as I have my other needs taken care of. Probably I would earn a lot more if I lived in the US. But international members have less chances.
I use old sites as a backbone. They are all legit even though many of them pay less. I have been slowly getting a dowline there. As for new sites, I trade sites so both my referrals and myself can get the first cashout before the site turns into a scam.
I also work at some legit traffic sites that pay me. And last but not least, I post here at my lot.

I always make sure that the site is not a scam .. I usually research the site expensively before I start in .. I always look for proof of payments as posted by most members.

Wow! Does mypage5 still pay ? I had tried it long back, but some of the people said it is scamming and not paying members. Have you received any payment from that site yet? If yes please let me know. The payout is also very high and thats the reason I did not trust it as well.

I am tired of joining some scam sites. If the pay is too high, I already considered it as a scam and I do not waste time staying on that site. However, what makes me really tired is staying in some of the site I am now in but the payment is small and I have to be a hardworking super hero a day in able to achieve the minimum payout. It is tiring. For everyday of your life that is what you are doing? I get sick of it. And my hands are really in pain right now typing so many words just to be able to reach the payout but in return half of your writing jobs will just rejected. Like you have no sleep in a day and your job is not accepted. I am tired.

yeah, grecy, if you find a site that promises to pay you high amount of money for doing simple jobs, then these sites are nothing but scams. It's disgusting and frustrating to find they cheated us after working on those sites for long periods. These scammers must be punished severely.

Out there in the physical (non-cyber) world, we have to sort out what are good opportunities and what are bad ones, and it is no different on the Internet. I guess the best part of the Internet is that we can research many business opportunites very quickly and find out if they are scams or not. In the physical world, we may never get to know until it is too late and we have lost our money.
I don't mind doing some research and as most of the programs are free, I only get to lose a bit of time. I have found blogs out there that tell you what is and what is not a scam that I have found. As I have been scammed out of my time a few times, I too have decided to list the sites that don't live up to their promises on a site. So, I think it is probably getting a little harder to scam people on line now and let's just hope it gets even harder to do so. _Derek

Hi, derek, happy to hear that. But I differ from your views. I think the mu,ber of scammers are increasing day by day. More and more people are losing their money and time on these lousy people. It's time something is to be done on this. The scammers should be spotted out and punished strongly. Remember TIME is money. They are stealing our time means our money.

Hi vijay! I want to thank you for starting this discussion!
I really need to make money and don't know any legit sites
so I am reading what some of the other posters are saying
so I can check out some that they are sure are ok and scammers.
I don't want to deal with a site where I have to spend to earn
and it seems that's all I ever find! If I someone knows of
a real earning site I'd like to check it out!

Hi I am glad you raise this out. Making money online is a very fulfilling and exciting experience. If you know what you are doing with the right tools and resources I am sure you will earn money online. But it is very important to know that making money online will not make you an instant millionaire today or tomorrow. It really requires a lot of time and effort.
If someone claim and promise that you can earn 5 to 6 figures of income within a week 100% sure it's a bullock or it's a hype.
Three main principles that I always applied to myself the ff:
1. Determination to succeed
2. Patience and consistency
3. and the most important of all RESOURCES

I don't usually stray too far away from the normal sites I'm used to using: MyLot, ChaCha, GET, Treasure Trooper, Opinion Outpost, and so on. I rarely try new things, because I find that the sites I use - work for me, and they're scam-free and therefore risk-free to take part in. I get really excited when I hear about new opportunities, but I know better than to be the first to try them out. I wait to see payment proofs ALWAYS.
I can't say I'm working all that hard. It's pretty leisure to me, I guess. I don't put ALL that much effort into it. I come on MyLot when I am bored at work (SHH- don't tell), ChaCha for an hour or less per day, and do surveys on the weekends, and I have been making a good amount from doing that, I guess, so I'm just stickin' with it!

Very well said markphil. Who would want to turn their sweat into nothing. Still every day thousands of people get scammed by so many scam sites out there. It's really frustrating and irritating. One has to be very careful not to get carried away by the false promises of scammers.

I too am very careful and usually see how long the site has existed because scam sites are usually shut down after a while. I also research and find members to verify if payments really do come. I try places that pay you by what you do rather than the traffic you generate that way you are more in control of your earnings. I also try using the site as a non member first to get a feel for the operations before I give them my information.

hi, kolsti, nice to note you are careful in choosing the sites to work on. In that way you can save a lot of time and your hard earned money. Yes if you see how long a site is existing that will give you the correct status of the site. If it is a legit site you can start working on, otherwise just ignore it.
