Me I get really irritated by people who are dishonest and sneeky, people who are rude and people who are dirty and unkept. I think maybe I am getting older and do not have the patience to put up with people with bad attitudes and who are dishonest.what about you?

Hello my friend, what irritates about people? Well have you got all day? LOL are you sitting comfortably, good, I shall begin then. Selfishness is in the top list for me, when people blast their music off without a care for their neighbours, doesn't matter what time, usually on a hot Saturday or Sunday afternoon or worst at 12 or 1 or even later in the morning, yes! People being judgemental, just because I don't look like Brad Pitt doesn't mean that people should dismiss me for not being attractive, they take one look at me and straight away they make their mind up about me. If you have depression you get that 'look' if you don't have a job they look down their noses at you. Bad attitude, arrogance... Bullies now that is a big pet hate for me. Nothing worse than a bully, mind you that is more of a hate than an irritation. Ok, ok I'll stop there, why do you think I shy away from people and prefer my own company and never ever want to get in a relationship again and yes dishonesty too, I agree! Sorry for the rant but people in general irritate me but after what people have done to me in the past I think that's a fair assessment!

Thank you my friend, yes I find that as I have grown older now my tolerance towards people diminishes fast! You too have a good day, finally it's cooled down here in the UK, I hate the heat and I am looking forward to the Autumn!

I might come and visit you as it is freezing here at the moment, so I wouldn't mind a bit of sunshine

Hello Wolfie. yes I have all day for you my friend.I agree with you a on selfishness. arrogance, judgemental people and bullies. All these types makes me want to stay away from them and be by myself as well. At work I stay away from them and there dramas. Maybe I am a lot older and have less tolerance for these types. Bullies are abundant at my work and even worse in the young children in the school grounds. I suppose we could go on and on all day about what ticks us off. Have a good day.

Dishonest and sneeky. Everyone is, to different extent. So expect it and trust no-one. Not even your best friend. Don't have any experience with dirty people. Would have thought this to be a rarity in Australia where most people shower twice a day. Rude people. Give them as good as you get. Bad attitudes. It is a fact that as you grow older, your patience wear thin with people who refuse to learn. My tolerance level for stupidity is zero. And some of our politicians rate well below zero. Like last week, where NSW raise traffic fines by 5%. Not because they want to fix the roads with the revenue. But because they want to buy the newest speed cameras to catch more motorists and increase their revenue.

I don't know in what sense you are calling those people "dirty". But either way, I always did find that the majority of Australians were obcess with cleanliness, and I watched it getting worse along the years. I for one, believes that living in an environment free of germs, will leave you expose to all sort of sickness when you encounter one of those germ, as your body has not had a chance to learn to combat them. Living amongst germs is like being vaccined against them. Your body immunise itself against them. After all, that is what a vaccine is. You inject the virus so that the body can learn about it, so that it can fight it off. There is no doubt that some people are dirty, either because they are lazy or don't know any better. I had a customer whose kitchen was totally revolting during the 30 years I knew her. And she could not understand why her friends and family would not eat at her place. Even so I was tempted, I did not feel it was my place to tell her. lol The poor end of the population often live in appalling condition because they cannot afford decent accommodation. And for them to live in a clean environment is an impossibility, no matter how hard they try. People adapt to their living condition rather quickly. And what is considered dirty for one, is quite normal for the other. If they are dirty, with a bad attitude, it is probably because those people never had a decent education and they are blaming the whole world for their failure. It is pretty hard to survive today with an education. Without one, you got no chance whatsoever. But working in a hospital, I guess you have to take the good, the bad and the ugly. Your job is to fix them, not to judge them. When people are sick, they are not in a good mood to start with. So you are likely to get some flak if you are having a go at them.

That is good advice trust no -one. With the dirty people I get a lot in my clinic I work at, so they really get under my skin and their the ones with the bad attitudes. Rude people some them I give it back too, depending if they are patients or not.You are so right ,in that the older you get the less tolerant you are, only the other day I refused a patient because of his rude attitude and I really do not have to put up with it,and I have to admit I have zero tolerance for stupidity as well.

Hi suehan, to me, people who never keep their promise are not welcome for sure. When they need something from us, like borrowing money, asking for certain help and whatever they beseech for, they would swear seriously and promise that they will keep their word genuinely. It's really irritating that they have totally forgotten what they have promised before. They look really awful pretending that nothing has happened relevant the swearing and promise made before Yeah, they have already gained the advantages and therefore they ignore what they have beseech and promise before Happy posting

I have no time for the users and abusers as well. You would only have to use me once and I would never fall for that trap again.

I get irritated by people who are loud and aggressive, just basically downright rude, in their words and actions. Attitude-wise, they probably will always think they are in the right also.

I hate these types of people as well. I think I work with a few of them also, one in particular is so embarrassing she is that loud and aggressive I just cringe and don't want to be around her at all.

What irritates me the most with some people is their arrogant, their superiority complex towards others, this is so bad as we must always be humble in life no matter how much we have acquired so some people hardly know about it and they are always on the spot of high arrogance so I hate it and it really irritates me though.

I actually work with a lot of those type of people with their superiority complexes. I may have more qualifications than they do ,but they have to be in control all the time and it irritates so much as we should just be able to work together.

These days, people who have no regard about the environment irritate me a lot. We are all aware of the ill effects of climate change because of our own bad habits toward the environment and yet it seems that we still haven't learned our lesson. Are we losing hope for our Mother Earth? There's still a chance that we can eradicate global warming and reduce the effects of climate change. Let's start it in our own homes and lifestyles by conserving energy and water, and being responsible with our garbage. There's still hope so let's act now.

Well I hate people that don't show class like holding a door for the elderly or disabled or offering to carry bags of a old lady. Most people will slam the door in your face without offering to hold it open,I feel that this generation has lost this act of general respect and dignity.Hopefully people will learn this trait so we can have a larger part of the population that shows some respect for others.

I actually agree with you on that one. Not offering the elderley a seat when the bus or train is crowded is a big no no for me and I actually get up and offer them a seat. Having no respect for the elderly really annoys me.
