How often do you update your anti virus

I have a kaspersky internet security antivirus I updating it in regular interval so that the virus doesn't harm my computer..

i use avast anti virus.i dont have to take care of update because it automatically downloads the latest updates and virus databases.

Virus threat is something unpredictable... we never know when new virus come... I have been cautious for it. So I update my virus everyday, with autoupdate feature enabled... That's not gonna make my PC 100% safe, but will reduce my worries

i use kaspersky so when ever it goes out of date it will become yellow and if even more risk it becomes red.so it ask me if i wanna update.thats when i update. by the way why didnt you tell about your self?

Will agree to nauval: the most recent virus base you have the better chances your PC stadts to fight viruses. I have quite a broad experience of using antivirus software. Started around 5 years agow with Dr.Web which was good at that time. Around a year ago it didnt save my home PC from a trojan that resulted in system total crash. Had to reinstall everything. At the moment I use KIS for home PC and Avast for my office. So far more than happy with both.

Updated Anti-virus software works good.other not recognizes latest threat.I have avst anti-virus with original key.it is automatic update software.So No problem...

I use the Norton Internet Security, and since i started to use Norton, never get one single virus in my computer. It is at automatic update mode, so every day he checks in my virus databaes is updated, if not he does it for me automatically, so my database is always updated.
