pasta has been a part of family traditions from weeknight meals to holiday feasts. From hearty lasagna to delicate pasta salad the recipe possibilities are endless Make pasta tonight and create a family tradition that will last for years to come.so that i really love pasta because its very lack of nutrients. Pasta is very low in sodium and non-egg varieties are cholesterol-free. Per cup, enriched pastas provide an excellent source of folic acid and a good source of other essential nutrients, including iron and several B-vitamins. pasta provides a slow release of energy without spiking blood sugar levels.

I love pasta, too! The only thing I can't stand is squid. I'm allergic to squid. Any seafood pasta is fine by me except squid. It's a pity; I want to eat it but my allergy gets in the way every time I encounter squid.

I have an Italian family, so it's all pasta, all the time! I love every kind of pasta dish, but My grandmother pepperoni and Mozz. Cheese pasta salad is the best. It's a creamy blend of cheeses and meats with a Cesar and Italian dressing combo!!!!!

I also love eating pasta! I especially like ziti or penne. And I love tomato sauce with alfreddo. Weird I know but it really tastes good! Try its sweet, sour, and salty taste! Well you're right that pasta are good sources of essential nutrients. And of course, they are very high in carbohydrates which we should watch out for. =)
