People working at home can overtake those working in a company

More and more people are now interested in working at the comfort of home as they don't like to go to office in regular days at fixed time and like to earn their money staying at their home and working at their own time.The main advantage of working from home is that one can work at their own time and can also take out time if needed to attend some functions or to get into other works without getting any permission like in regular employees who might have to apply leave to attend some functions.In coming years number of people working from home will drastically increase compared to other employees.Do you prefer to stay at home or is it the other way around?

i choose to work at the office to maintain my socialism with other people. Working under a certain agency is so exciting, due to having activities socialising differrent people. However, I still want to earn extra income, so, I do work at home, if I still have free time.

Everybody are not alike as there are some people like you who never even think of working at home and i also do agree with you on the kind of fun we do get working in a company along with friends or colleagues there isn't it? there are people of different characters and you meet them all, interact with them in company and the environment is totally different as yo will be al alone here working at home isn't it?

That is right...working in a company is exciting particularly if the company is affiliated, connected to other companies. But, truly our situations and behaviors are different, so we have to respect our opinions varied due to mind setting and conditions. But, I think majority agreed to one thing. Earning big money whether at home or office.

To me its better to work at home, especially if we have kids. If we have to pay for child care then Min wage wont do it for us as moms. So I have found that it is easier for me, to work from home, take care of the kids, and save the money on gas.
Now, if I got a job around here working in any type of business, most jobs are in Raleigh, so I would have to pay about $12 a day just for gas, then another $60 a day for child care. So it wouldn't pay for me to leave home. On top of all of that I would lose my insurance plan that I have, and I would rather be paying $30 a month for the family plan rather then $250 a month.
I prefer staying at home, I know some months, I may not make loads of cash, but still its worth the stay here at home.

Having kids and working at home is good, but do kids allow you to work? other than that working at home is more worth instead of working outside isn't it ? if you are working for a company and also have kids , then even while working there you will be thinking hard on your kids and won't be able to concentrate more on your work and here when they are right in front of you, there is nothing much to worry about

They do have there bad days, On days like that I am lucky if I make $2 a day online. But when they are in school which starts next month, I can make around $6 a day or even more. On average, if the kids are quiet in the house I can make around $4 to $5 a day, but when they are in school I can make more. On bad days, you can forget about making lots of cash, this is why I use traffic exchanges to show PTP pages, this way I make cash even when I am not working online.

working at home has its own ups and downs but i must confess that it can be a very good way to earn money with rest of mind as you decide what time to work depending on what you actually do .it has its own disadvantages too but by and large you really need to know exactly what you are doing and get a good hang of it when you work from home it takes a lot to settle down and work from home especially if you decide to do it online

I agree that both sides have advantages and also disadvantages as i was also working for a company before and was slogging for than 10 hours also and it was really bad as i was not getting any mental satisfaction over there and over that even stress was increasing daily.But once i left the company and started working on my own, i am more than satisfied here

i totally prefer to stay at home and earn money online. earning money online is a much better way of working in my opinion.

One can save lot of time working at home and maybe some mental tension or pressure what we get working in an company will not be there as you are working at home isn't ti? you will be your own boss here as there will not be anyone giving orders or irritating you or you don't have to wait for your monthly salary working in a company isn't ti? more over even your salary is not fixed here as you can earn any amount

working at home has many advantages ,when we want we can leave doing working or can do any other work but if every body start to doing home based job than who will do the working of office.so every work is good on his place.

Te main advantage is that we can be our own boss and work in our own time.We don't have any fixed income also as we can also extend our income to any way as it is needed isn't it? tomorrow is any of my close friends come here, i can take time to meet him and have lot of fun and that is life.I don't say working in office is not good but the number of people working in an office is coming down for sure

Well, I prefer to stay at home. I have always wanted to be my own boss that's why I opted to try my luck doing a business of my own instead of getting regular employment. Ironically, I feel like I just can't stand being confined in the four corners of an office, eight hours everyday, five or six days a week and answerable to a boss. I thank God, I was led to the internet cafe business though I literally know nothing about computers when I was starting-up.
A million thanks to computer technology and internet. Learning has become easier and working from home has indeed become possible for many of us. It feels great and wonderful considering the main advantage you have just mentioned. There are so many other advantages and if ever there is a disadvantage to it, maybe it is the chance for socialization functions which regularly employed individuals enjoy from time to time. But, I think, that can be easily worked out if we really want to. :-)
