if we transact the money by using Paypal then where the case will be filed? what is the main branch of paypal who looks after the paypal... plz fndz helppppppppppp

Yeah if you are looking for an actual building that is paypal there is only one and that would be the corprate HQ of Paypal. They only exist on the internet and also they are in no way a bank so they don't have the same laws that banks have to follow. So yeah. That is the risk of using them. Anyway you should look on their website. That is basicly their only branch that exist.

It would be where ever the company is chartered out of as that is where they are HQ at. So that is the state where the legal actions would take place. As that is the rules/laws the company has to follow as it is operating their even though it is accessible everywhere in the world. I think it is in California as I believe Ebay may have moved the charter to their HQ.
