What would you do, if today, the Government would say you
could not have a cell phone. WOuld you be able to function
well without it? Do you use your cell phone alot?

I would laugh out loud honestly.
They'd never get my mobile phone off me, if it happened they'd have massive riots over something very silly. Function without a mobile? I think so it wouldn't effect me all that much but I would make sure I resisted any silly sort of event. I use mine a fair amount, although not every day and sometimes it's left alone but I do try to use it.

I know .but there are places where the internet and
computer use is restricted and if in these restricted
countries they have computers or phones they are bugged by
the ruling parties.
Thank God ..it's not where you or I are..

Yes,I use my cell phone every day.Well if the government phobite people using cell phone,we can use the fixed telephone to keep in touch with someone else although this will be not convenient than mobile phone. But if some thing comes urgent,I think i will get mad without cell phone....

I take it that your cell phone is with you
where ever you go?
Would you think that such a restriction would
be unfair?

I would be able to function, but it would make life more complicated like when I am travelling and need help or need to get in touch with someone immediately. But I could do it.
