What is the most money you have earned from single online survey?

There are many survey sites that offer online paying surveys. Most surveys that I have taken part in have been worth between 50p and £2. The most I have earned was for one individual survey was a Pure Profile survey worth £5 but it did take around 50 minutes to complete.
