I try not to think about it anymore, and i watch a movie, or i read something fun, i talk to people, i enjoy a chocolate, or a coffe, it calms me down very fast. Or sometimes i take a long walk alone, in the park. Also crying is a good way to calm yourself.

Normally, first thing i always do is LISTEN TO MUSICS. When i am angry, depressed, happy, sad ,s cared, i listen to music for any of the situations and after a bit of that i feel a whole lot better. It will probably work with everyone too. Music can speak on countless levels to our souls.
Second things i will do is, CRY~..sometimes after crying, i felt much more better.
Besides than the method above, if i still feel like i wan to punch someone in the face, i will find a pillow and punch it. I will scream into it. Things like this will calm me down sometimes.

I go off by myself. Then I tend to write it out. I write down everything that frustrated me, especially things I can't say to another person. And, sometimes I sing.

I typically clean when I'm upset. I'll reorganize things or clean up and throw things away and take out the garbage. Things like that tend to calm me and make me feel better. I know some people like to bake when they're upset and that helps to make them feel better and calm down. Sometimes I'll listen to some music or watch one of my favorite movies. But I tend to start cleaning first when I'm upset before I try any other methods. It works out pretty well for me, because cleaning is accomplishing something and knowing that makes me feel better.

Hello Hushi22,
I calm myself with a walk or give myself few minutes of quite to rethink what was said and really make sure what I heard was correct. Other times it is ice cream or candy bar.
Sometimes I play games lonline to get me unfocus on the problem because I want to win the game and then come back and refocus on the issue at hand.
Thanks and have a great day!
Sincerely Unique16

I lock myself in a room and talk with nobody for several hours. it helps me getting calm. sometimes i do break things in my room when angry which I later regret ;)

Sometimes I am listening to the music that I want and posting to forums would be enough for me not to be that angry. It depends on the situation sometimes I am crying for it or if ever I am talking to my boyfriend about my hatred to other people.

When at home, I usually take a shower. It feels kinda like removing all the negative energies around me. I feel calm after doing that, then I watch tv or play my favorite online games.

I have downloaded some motivational videos of Anthony Robbins, Wayne Dyer and a few biblical songs from Hillsong. I listen to them whenever i am down and tensed.

I rarely get angry therefore I just let it go, I automatically get calmed by myself with the time. But I know people who punch walls, run, walk around something, take a deep breath, watch something, talk about it and there are much much more techniques. The one I like the most is shouting when one's alone.

I bite my lower lip, clench my fists, and breath deeply. I cuss in my mind only at the same time I tell myself to calm down. :) Alright.:D
